Breakfast is served in the dining room. There is a choice of full Scottish, (including porridge) a lighter breakfast, or breakfast of your choice. We serve breakfast between 8a.m. and 9a.m.  Continental breakfast is available before 8.a.m.

We have a residents lounge with satellite T.V. and D.V.D. player. We also have books and a toy-box for younger guests.The small safe enclosed garden to the rear of the house is for the exclusive use of our guests, as is the entire house.
